Ingredients

Sage Sausage

  • 16 oz. ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp MSG (Accent)

Hot Sausage

  • 16 oz. ground pork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp MSG (Accent)

Maple Sausage

  • 16 oz. ground pork
  • 3 tbsp. maple flavored syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp MSG (Accent)
  • 1/4 tsp coriander

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients for the flavor of your choice in a medium bowl.
  • Form the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown.
  • Each recipe makes 1 lb. of sausage.
